These Terms of Use govern your use of hausjet.co (the "Website"), operated by HausJet LLC ("HausJet," "we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

HausJet LLC acts as an advisor and arranger of travel services and is not a direct air carrier, yacht operator or accommodation provider. All flights are operated by independent, properly certified operators, and all other travel services are provided by third parties who are solely responsible for their own services. Information on this Website is for general purposes only and may change without notice.

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not create a booking, reservation or binding agreement. All services are governed by a separate written agreement between HausJet LLC and the client, which will set out pricing, payment, cancellation and other terms.

The Website is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding agreements.

You agree not to: submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our inquiry forms; use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems; copy, scrape or collect content or data from the Website by automated means; or interfere with the Website's operation or security.

The HausJet name, logo, and all text, designs and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to HausJet LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content or marks without our prior written permission. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website or its content, including its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HausJet LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to the amount you paid to HausJet LLC, if any, in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HausJet LLC from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Informal negotiations: Before starting any formal proceeding, you and HausJet LLC agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice is given.

Arbitration: If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, held in Maricopa County, Arizona. If the arbitration fees are found to be excessive for you, HausJet LLC will pay them.

Time limit: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.

Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek relief to protect its intellectual property.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
